Why does the Diagnostic cost €99 when most agencies do this for free?
Because most agencies use free audits as bait — sales calls disguised as analysis. We don't. The €99 covers the actual work of producing the Diagnostic, signals that we take it seriously, and means you get a deliverable you can use whether or not you work with us. If you do engage us at any tier, the €99 comes off the invoice. If you don't, you keep the analysis.
Can't we just do this ourselves?
You can. Most teams try first — that's how you find out what doesn't work. The point teams usually call us is when small decisions start having outsized impact and time becomes the real constraint. If you're not at that point, save your money and keep going.
How is this different from an agency?
Agencies sell hours of execution. We sell decisions about what to execute. Your team or partners do the work — we tell you what's worth doing. If you want a team that runs your campaigns end-to-end, we're the wrong fit.
How long does Phase 1 take?
Typically 3–5 weeks, depending on access to data and stakeholders. You get the Blueprint at the end of it — and a clear call on whether to continue into Phase 2.
What if we already have a website / marketplace listing / funnel?
Most teams do. Phase 2 is rarely a rebuild — it's targeted intervention on the things that drive conversion. We don't replace what works; we fix what doesn't.
Do we need to be in the Microsoft ecosystem?
No. We have deep Azure Marketplace and AppSource expertise, so ISVs in that ecosystem get an edge. SaaS companies outside it work with us all the same.
